MCO were delighted to join delegates from across the UK private sector for the inaugural PHIN Quality Forum in central London that included talks on: 

• Use of AI to facilitate earlier diagnosis of Lung Cancer from the National Specialty Lead for Screening.

• Using data to optimise behavioural change by the data & analytics lead for Vitality health insurance.

• The Cleveland Clinic London’s use of an electronic patient record by the Clinical Lead for Safety, Quality and Patient Experience.

• Using data to prevent sudden cardiac death in athletes by the founder of Institute of Sport Exercise & Health

The event was opened by the CEO of PHIN, Dr Ian Gargan and closed with an award presentation to recognise people and organisations making a significant contribution to PHIN’s work. 

We were thrilled to see our key contact at Spire Healthcare, Adrian Roberts, winning the ‘steadfast hospital supporter’ award for his role in supporting Spire Healthcare’s 40 hospitals to embed My Clinical Outcomes to collect and submit quality data to PHIN!
