NHS Scotland announced the publication ‘Delivering Value Based Health & Care: A Vision for Scotland’. It sets out the challenges faced by NHS Scotland and the commitments they will make to support health and care professionals deliver care that people value.

The publication highlights the value of PROMs and how they can be “gathered across the system and used routinely to drive quantifiable improvements in personal value as well as reductions in waste and harm.”

MCO are proud to have worked across 5 Cancer Innovation Challenge work streams from 2017 to pilot oncology PROMs collection and see first-hand the clinical teams’ enthusiasm.
