My Clinical Outcomes Partners with Manchester Private Hospital

Manchester Private Hospital has partnered with My Clinical Outcomes to roll out their Digital Patient Reported Outcomes Measures (PROMs) platform, offering patients the opportunity to submit their PROMs feedback in a digital and easy-to-use format, as well as submitting the data to PHIN, across all their eligible cosmetic procedures.

The PROMs data collection service was launched to patients undergoing cosmetic procedures, in April 2024.

The objective was to offer patients the opportunity to share their PROMs feedback in an easier way, remotely and digitally, with patients also being able to track the outcomes of their procedures.

MCO has real-time access to outcome and data results, enhancing the patient journey, improving safety and quality.
In addition, Manchester Private Hospital will also be sharing the (Q)PROMs data with the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN), to empower patients to make better-informed choices when choosing private treatment.

Dr Tim Williams, Co-founder and CEO of My Clinical Outcomes said of the partnership: “We are delighted to be working with Manchester Private Hospital to support their digital PROMs journey, helping them to measure the impact that their care has on patients’ lives. With the service Manchester Private Hospital are also enhancing their patient-centred approach and demonstrating their commitment to bringing transparency to the sector for the benefit of patients.”
